Prevention and Treatment of Crow’s Feet

Most often when individuals refer to crow's feet, they are not discussing the migratory trends or habits of a dark-feather bird. Instead, they use this term to refer to wrinkles or a series of wrinkles that  appear at the outer corners of the skin, mostly around the eyes and the lip area explains a Dermatologist in Dubai.  These wrinkles may begin appearing in the mid-20s for some people, but they become more prominent much later, which is lucky for them. As a person ages, the wrinkles and lines become very noticeable, some individuals accept this as a sign of aging and go along with the flow, while for others it can be a shocking revelation and something they can't live with and as a result something should be done to remove and reduce the wrinkles.
Crow's feet, like many other types of facial wrinkles, are affected by a number of different factors such as sun exposure, which is a significant factor in contributing to the severity of these wrinkles, facial movements and expressions are also culprits and frequent squinting can also worsen the lines. Hormones and gravity are also contributory factors that are difficult to keep at bay.
Despite there being a barrage of factors that are difficult to control,  when it comes to wrinkles around the eye, individuals can be rest assured that today with all the development,  there are a wide variety of prevention and treatment options for crow's feet as presented by the International Medical Clinic in Dubai. Prevention should start early, with minimum exposure to the sun, which is the main cause. Limit your exposure to the sun as a child. Other methods of limiting sun exposure to prevent lines around the eyes include, wearing wide-brimmed hats to keep the sun  away from the facial and eye-area skin, wearing sunglasses, using a daily eye cream that contains sunscreen, or a sunscreen specifically that is formulated for the eyes.
It is not entirely possible to prevent  crow's feet from developing as an individual's age, but the following  tips may help reduce the severity,
  • Avoid irritating and rubbing the delicate skin around the eye area
  • Make sure to remove eye makeup each night with a gentle makeup remover
  • Stop or quit smoking, people who smoke are at a significant risk of developing crow's feet at an early age
  • Facial exercises can help strengthen the muscles around the eye area and reduce the appearance of wrinkles.
  • Wearing preventative eye wrinkle cream is useful for many reasons such as providing moisture and elasticize the skin and less stress and strain placed on the delicate eye area. There are many eye creams available in the market, so make sure to check with the instructions first as some are not suitable.
Botox Treatment in Dubai is a household name for treating crow's feet. It's not only for the rich and famous anymore, it's an affordable treatment where purified injections of the botulism toxin are injected into the affected areas, and this temporarily paralyzes the muscles. The result is a diminished appearance of wrinkles in the treated areas. Injections may last four to six months before repeat treatment is necessary. Botox is also used as a medical treatment as well.
